Dr. Pastel apprehended after peeping-and-entering incident in Beverly Hills

Rodeo Drive CA (GSP). After months of laying low without public incidence, Dr. Amar Pastel found himself in hot water this morning – literally. Preliminary reports from the police blotter indicate Dr. Pastel was caught peeping into the third floor of a Beverly Hills mansion owned by a famous Hispanic actor. The report states, “The perpetrator was caught looking in through the bathroom window with binoculars with his hand in his pants while the victim toweled off from a bubble bath. The man was later positively identified as Dr. Amar Pastel.” The report continues that Pastel managed to sneak into the bathroom and drink the draining bathtub water. He was found with his head by the tub drain vigorously gulping down the used water.

Asked to explain himself, Pastel initially had no comment, but then referred reporters to the 2003 landmark Supreme Court decision, Ashley-Ogun v. Berry, that allows perverted men to drink the bathwater of attractive Hollywood superstars. This case was one of many that Sarah Palin could have mentioned as a Supreme Court decision that she disagreed with, in response to a question by Katie Couric.

Pastel is currently being held in the Beverly Hills Rehabilitation Center for Retarded Perverts. A psychiatric assessment is scheduled for early Monday morning.
